C1 Advanced (CAE) Report: Topics (PDF)

A report is one of the possible text types in the second part of the writing. It is usually developed for a superior (e.g. a teacher) or a peer group (e.g. members of an English club). The question identifies the subject of the composition and the areas to be covered. Candidates must provide some factual information and make recommendations, but there is space for them to incorporate their own ideas and experiences.
